Residents of Struga and neighboring areas felt an earthquake tremor this morning, which was assessed with an intensity of three degrees according to the European Macroseismic Scale.

According to the official announcement from the Seismological Observatory at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje, the tremor originated in Albanian territory, at a distance of about 144 kilometers southwest of the Macedonian capital. The recorded magnitude was 4.0 on the Richter scale.
