13th day of student revolt: protesters throw stones at the Ministry of Education

Tensions flared outside the Ministry of Education in Tirana, where protesters threw stones at the building. The incident occurred on the 13th day of the student revolt, as students, young people and citizens gathered once again to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The protest began with participants gathering outside the Ministry of Education. The situation later grew tense when stones were thrown at the building.

Today’s rally comes a day after clashes between protesters and law enforcement, during which 28-year-old Erjon Vishkulli was also seriously injured in the eye after being hit by a rubber bullet.
