The indictment states that, in an undetermined period up to October 9, 2025, Sheholli, recruited by the Serbian Intelligence Service known as “BIA,” contributed to the activities of this service by carrying out the orders and tasks of its officials.

The Prosecution alleges that he collected, secured, and sent data, information, and documents via phone messages regarding political activities, the security situation, and the operational methods of the Republic of Kosovo’s institutions.

Meanwhile, for the criminal offense of “Blackmail,” Sheholli is accused of blackmailing the victim A.J. from 2022 until December 2025, forcing him to act to the detriment of his own property in an amount exceeding 13,000.00 euros.

According to the indictment, he requested money from A.J. in the form of a loan and threatened that if he did not hand over the sum, he would publish video recordings and information in the media that could severely damage his honor, reputation, and authority.

The case has now been forwarded to the Basic Court in Prishtina for review. Fatmir Sheholli remains in detention.
