Zekolli described the meeting as cordial and constructive, saying that it reviewed both projects currently under implementation and initiatives expected to be carried out in the future.
Among the key issues discussed were the Skopje–Blace highway and the Tetovo–Prizren road. Both projects are considered important for facilitating traffic, improving infrastructure links and developing economic cooperation between the two countries.
According to Zekolli’s announcement, the foundation stone for the second phase of the Skopje–Blace highway will be laid on August 26. She described the ceremony as an important step toward completing this strategic link with Kosovo.
“Our cooperation with Kosovo continues to translate into concrete projects, creating faster, safer and stronger links between the two countries,” Zekolli said in a post published on social media.
