Nationalist and hate-inciting messages have reappeared in the area known as “The Old Road” in Umindoll. Among them were messages calling for killings, such as “Smrt za Siptari,” while “Kosovo je Srbija” was written in Lubidrag.

Although citizens removed the graffiti themselves, the recurrence of such cases has caused serious concern.
Deniz Sulimani, from the Youth Forum of the DUI branch in the village of Nikushtak, in the Municipality of Likova, reacted in a post on his Facebook account: “We do not want conflict, we do not want confrontation. We want the institutions to act in time, before it is too late!”
Residents are calling on the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the relevant institutions to respond without delay, identify the perpetrators and take measures to prevent possible incidents.
