According to him, exceeding this deadline constitutes a violation of Kosovo’s Constitution. Gruda stressed that the deadline for constituting the Assembly expired on Friday.
“Today, Kosovo’s Constitution is being torn down, but no longer by Milošević—by people elected by the people of Kosovo. This is unbelievable and unacceptable,” Gruda said.
Before the session began, PDK leader Bedri Hamza was seen entering the Assembly building.
In a brief statement to the media, Hamza said that the parliamentary group would meet, adding that he had nothing else to say.
