In a Facebook post, the party raised concerns that the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo has still not been constituted, even though the deadline was set by a Constitutional Court judgment.
LDK believes that this situation could lead the Republic of Kosovo toward constitutional uncertainty and a complete lack of institutional legitimacy. According to the party, the consequences for the proper functioning of institutions and for legal certainty in the country could be irreparable.
The party emphasized that throughout the process, it has maintained a clear and unchanged position: the Assembly must be constituted within the deadline set by the Constitutional Court.
LDK’s response also states that this position has been presented at every consultative meeting, including the meeting held today by the LDK leader.
