The ruling OBRM-PDUKM party has attacked LSDM leader Venko Filipçe, holding him responsible for failing to act on drinking water quality problems during the period when he headed the Ministry of Health.

According to a media statement, OBRM-PDUKM says that publicly released analysis reports prove that cases of contaminated water were also recorded in several areas of the country under LSDM’s government, including Gostivar.
The party alleges that the authorities at the time took no concrete steps to address the crisis and that there were no dismissals, investigations, or demands for accountability from local officials.
OBRM-PDUKM describes LSDM’s latest criticism of the current water situation as unfounded and calls on Filipçe to explain to the public what measures he took during his time as health minister.
