On 05.08.2026, at 2:30 p.m., police detained German national A.S. (56) in the village of Radozhë, Struga, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized entry into military facilities and making sketches or drawings of military facilities and combat equipment,” as provided for under Article 350 of the Criminal Code.

The 56-year-old was caught recording the observation tower in Radozhë with a drone. The tower is owned by URMV and is located in an area where filming is prohibited.
