The session was postponed at the request of Albin Kurti, leader of the election-winning party, the Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV), and acting prime minister.
Speaking to reporters in the Assembly lobby, Hamza described the decision as irresponsible.
“This is a sign of a lack of seriousness from the party that won the majority of the votes. It is clear that they are continuing their irresponsible behavior toward the institutions,” Hamza said.
When asked about the possibility of a meeting with LVV, he replied that the PDK had no need for meetings “without results.”
“We do not need to meet. We have stated our role: we will be an opposition party,” Hamza said.
