Today, the civic protest enters its 68th day. For more than two months, many citizens have been gathering in Skënderbej Square and then marching toward the Prime Minister’s Office.

The protesters’ main demand remains the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his government.
The protest initially began as a reaction against a tourist project in Zvërnec, but over the weeks it has transformed into a broader civic movement, focusing on opposing corruption and demanding change in governance.
Even though two months have passed, the citizens do not stop; every day they come out and express their determination not to leave until Prime Minister Edi Rama resigns.
