Frrok Arapi, the victim’s 63-year-old father, tearfully recounts their daily hardships as he tries to find the strength to support the family. According to him, his daughter-in-law and the two children are in severe financial hardship and cannot even afford their monthly rent.
In addition to the pain of losing his son, Frrok Arapi is also battling an illness that is causing his health to deteriorate by the day. He is asking for more help from the state, as the mother and her children, aged 13 and 6, survive solely on 7,800 lek in monthly social assistance.
