Four men were injured in an attack in the Covent Garden area of central London.

The Metropolitan Police said it received a report of the incident on Edel Street at around 12:27 p.m. local time. At the scene, officers found four injured men, aged 34, 39, 42 and 52, with wounds caused by a sharp object.
The victims were given first aid at the scene before being taken to a specialist trauma center.
A 47-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of carrying out the attack, the Metropolitan Police said.
In a later statement, police said the investigation was still in its early stages. However, preliminary suspicions are that the incident may be linked to the 47-year-old woman’s mental health issues.
Authorities confirmed that a pair of scissors, suspected of having been used in the attack, was also seized at the scene.
