Kosovo Special Prosecution Investigates Former Minister Liburn Aliu

Liburn Aliu, the former minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, is being questioned by the Kosovo Special Prosecution, where he has been for three hours.

The questioning is related to suspicions of abuse of official duty during the period when Aliu served as a minister in the Kurti government.

He remained in the post until August 2025, when he submitted his resignation.

Aliu currently serves as the director of the Port of Durrës in Albania.
