The monthly result exceeded the set projections, while Customs attributed this performance to consolidated economic growth, cooperation with the private sector, and measures taken to facilitate trade.
According to the institution’s data, more than €1.007 billion had been collected by July 10, 2026.
Kosovo Customs said the July results demonstrate the continuation of positive performance in revenue collection and the fulfillment of institutional responsibilities. Revenue reached €209.7 million during the month, an increase of 12.22% compared with the same period last year, also exceeding the monthly projection.
July’s results also include actions to protect intellectual property. As part of these efforts, more than 6,000 T-shirts that infringed these rights were destroyed.
Meanwhile, Customs continued consultations with the business community to address the difficulties encountered and improve trade facilitation. This also includes work to establish a joint customs office with Albania.
