Russian soldier opens fire on colleagues and civilians in Crimea, leaving four people dead

A Russian serviceman opened fire in the city of Sevastopol, in Russian-controlled Crimea, killing one soldier and injuring another.

After clashing with his colleagues, the soldier also fired at civilians, killing three people, Mikhail Razvozhayev, the Moscow-appointed governor, said.

The suspected shooter has been arrested by the authorities, while the motive for the attack has not yet been made public.

An investigation is underway to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
