Addressing the protesters, the citizen greeted those present, describing them as the most steadfast demonstrators. He said the country had not experienced freedom and democracy for 36 years and called on Socialists and Democrats to take to the square, unite and hand Rama over to justice.
His statement also mentioned the arrest in France of businessman Ermal Beqiri. The citizen called him a criminal and asked how a wanted person had managed to travel to France and buy apartments and a private plane without being stopped by either the French or Albanian police. He urged Albanians to wake up so that those he described as criminals could be caught and imprisoned.
