The epidemiological situation in Gostivar remains stable and is being continuously monitored by the relevant health institutions, the Ministry of Health announced today.

A total of 84 initial examinations were conducted on August 2. This figure is 27 higher than the previous day, when 57 examinations were recorded.
Although an increase was recorded over the course of the day, the current number of examinations remains significantly lower than the peak level recorded on July 18, when a total of 649 examinations were conducted.
Regarding West Nile fever, the Institute of Public Health has received no reports of new laboratory-confirmed cases. PCR testing of the latest samples obtained from suspected cases returned negative results.
The ministry also announced that no new patients suspected of having West Nile fever have been admitted to the Infectious Diseases Clinic.
The Ministry of Health emphasized that, in coordination with the responsible institutions, it will continue to closely monitor the situation and promptly inform the public of any new relevant developments.
