Vlora saw a large influx of visitors during the first weekend of August. On August 1, domestic and foreign tourists packed the city’s beaches, choosing the Vlora coast to spend the hot summer days.

With temperatures reaching up to 40 degrees Celsius this weekend, thousands of holidaymakers headed to the sea to cool off. The influx was also felt beyond the coastline, as numerous visitors frequented the city, promenade, bars and businesses throughout the day.
August is expected to be the period with the highest number of tourists in Vlora, once again confirming the coastal city as one of the most sought-after destinations of the summer season.
