Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has spoken out against the initiative to open the Serbian Consulate in Shkodër, which he defined as an anti-national act.

He stated that this request can only be supported by “Belgrade’s agents” and called for a reaction from Albanian institutions and SPAK.
In his full post, Ngjela writes:
“The request to establish the international institution, the Consulate of Serbia, in Shkodër can only be accepted in Albania by agents of Belgrade, but under no circumstances by Albanian law and Parliament.
It is known who the person proposing it is.
So?
It remains to be seen how Albanians and SPAK will act in the face of such an anti-national act.”
