Decision No. 49, dated July 17, 2026, will enter into force on September 1 and contains significant changes concerning access control, the use of electronic devices and media attendance at hearings.

According to the document, the court will implement a series of organizational and technical measures to identify people entering its premises, with the aim of preventing incidents and ensuring security in criminal proceedings.

One of the main changes is a ban on using and carrying mobile phones and electronic devices inside courtrooms.

The only exceptions are cases in which such devices are used for procedural or institutional purposes. The court clarified that this restriction applies equally to everyone, regardless of their position or role.

The regulations distinguish between the right to attend a public hearing and the right to film or broadcast it. Each request for audiovisual recording will be considered individually by the court, while filming or taking photographs in corridors and other indoor areas is prohibited.

The regulations also establish standards for dress and communication within court premises. When they enter into force on September 1, GJKKO will review all existing authorizations and entry permits.
