A clash involving several people, which began yesterday morning in Tepelenë, erupted again after midnight, leaving three people injured.

The incident occurred at around 01:00 near a bar in the town. Preliminary information indicates that members of the other group arrived in three SUVs, entered the bar and became involved in a physical fight, using punches, kicks and blunt objects.
Two brothers, aged 41 and 39, and their 46-year-old cousin were struck with baseball bats and other blunt objects. All three were taken to Gjirokastër Regional Hospital, where they are out of danger.
The suspects believed to have been involved in the conflict have been declared wanted. Police are continuing efforts to identify and arrest them. Information available so far indicates that the clash is suspected to have begun over a trivial dispute, although its cause has not yet been confirmed.
