Balluku’s appearance is related to the legal procedure for notifying the extension of the investigative deadline in the case where she is under investigation.
It is learned that SPAK has decided to extend the investigation for another three months, and the decision will be officially communicated to Balluku during her appearance at the Special Prosecution’s premises.
Today, as well, two of her former subordinates, Gentjan Gjylit and Erlad Elezit, were notified of the decision to extend the investigation deadlines by three months.
