Balluku’s appearance is related to the legal procedure for notifying the extension of the investigative deadline in the case in which she is under investigation.
It is learned that SPAK has decided to extend the investigations for another three months, and the decision will be officially communicated to Balluku during her appearance at the Special Prosecution premises.
Today, the decision to extend the investigation deadlines by three months was also communicated to two of her former subordinates, Gentjan Gjylit and Erlad Elezit.
