A serious incident occurred in neighborhood number 10 of Korça, near the intersection known as “Dritat e Verdha” (Yellow Lights), where a car hit a baby stroller.

At the moment of impact, a baby only 1 and a half years old was inside the stroller. According to initial reports, the mother was crossing the road with the child on the white lines when the vehicle collided with them.
Immediately after the accident, the driver took the child himself to the Emergency Department of the Regional Hospital of Korça, without waiting for the ambulance to arrive.
Medical staff confirm that the minor escaped without life-threatening injuries and is currently receiving appropriate medical care. Meanwhile, police authorities have initiated legal action against the driver and are investigating to fully clarify the dynamics and causes of this event.
