Nazmi Shahini, also known by the surname Drazhi, has surrendered to police after being declared wanted by SPAK in connection with an investigation into international drug trafficking and participation in a structured criminal group.

Reports indicate his arrest was carried out in enforcement of the security measure “arrest in prison,” imposed in absentia by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO).
According to SPAK, Shahini is suspected of being part of a criminal group that operated during 2020–2021, involved in international trafficking of narcotic substances.
Investigations by the Special Prosecution have revealed that the group is suspected of trafficking a total of approximately 8.1 tons of drugs, including cocaine and cannabis.
The narcotic substances were transported from Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, Spain, and Morocco to Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, and other European countries.
