US President Donald Trump announced that the United States and Iran are currently negotiating to reach an agreement.

Speaking at a General Motors plant in the state of Michigan, Trump described the atmosphere of dialogue between the two countries as positive and confirmed that talks are continuing.
“At this very moment, Iran is holding talks with us to reach an agreement,” the White House chief said.
Trump added that the parties are communicating in a very friendly manner, while stressing that the outcome of the negotiations remains to be seen.
