At Adem Jashari International Airport, Kosovo Police extradited a Danish citizen to Denmark who was the subject of an international arrest warrant.

According to a police statement, the suspect was arrested in Kosovo after being sought through INTERPOL on the basis of an international wanted notice issued by the Danish judicial authorities.
He was wanted for the criminal offenses of “Murder, Possession of Firearms under Particularly Aggravating Circumstances, and Arson.”
Kosovo Police said the extradition procedure was carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and through close cooperation between the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and those of Denmark.
