Acting President of the Republic of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, held a farewell meeting on Wednesday with the Head of EULEX, Giovanni Pietro Barbano, at the conclusion of his mandate in Kosovo.
According to a statement from the Presidency, Haxhiu thanked Barbano for his dedication and contribution during his service in Kosovo, as well as for the role he played within the EULEX mandate in support of the rule of law and justice institutions.

During the meeting, the acting President praised Barbano’s professional and proper approach throughout his mandate.
She also wished him success in his future duties and engagements.
