Protest outside prime minister’s office, masked youths throw paving stones at police (VIDEO)

The protest against the Rama government has reached its 160th day, with young people continuing to demand the prime minister’s resignation.

Tensions have risen outside the prime minister’s office, where several masked youths have pulled up paving stones and thrown them at police officers stationed there.

Rama’s warnings of fines appear not to have deterred students and other participants, who continue to join the protest in large numbers.
