Kosovo Police has recently begun making changes to its leadership structure. Klan Kosova has learned that Veton Elshani, who until now has served as deputy commander for the northern region, will head the Border Department starting today.
According to the outlet’s sources, Elshani’s appointment is part of changes being implemented in early November.
