Well-known singer Alban Skënderaj has reacted with a heartfelt message following the death of Kosovan singer Rinesa Qeriqi, known to the public by her stage name Rinesancë, who died at the age of 25 after a long battle with a brain tumor.
In a social media post, Skënderaj remembered the young artist, also revealing a detail that connected the two of them. Rinesa had played the character of Lea in one of the singer’s music videos.

“Rest in peace, Rinesa. Although far too briefly, you lived life courageously, like a true ‘Lea’,” Alban Skënderaj wrote in his message dedicated to the artist.
The artist, who lived and created in Canada, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2025 and underwent surgery and radiation treatments during this period.
