Around 500 democrats from the southeast expected to join PD protest in Tirana

Approximately 500 members and supporters of the Democratic Party from Korça, Pogradec, Maliq, Devoll, Kolonjë and Pustec are expected to take part in the national protest being held today in front of the Prime Minister’s Office.

Travel to the capital will be made in participants’ personal vehicles, without any joint organization. According to information, this choice aims to avoid drawing attention and being identified by the police.

The mobilization of democrats comes after an appeal by Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha to participate in today’s protest.
