Miljojko Gjorgjeviqi’s war crimes trial in Zveçan postponed, reason revealed

The hearing in the case of Miljojko Gjorgjeviqi, who is accused of war crimes in Zveçan, has been postponed because the defense team had not received the case file documents.

The Special Prosecutor’s Office and the court had attempted to send the materials by email, but the defense had not received them.

Under these circumstances, the court ruled to postpone the hearing, granting the request of the defendant’s defense lawyer.
