Clash in Parliament/ Flamur Noka yanks Taulant Balla’s microphone, session suspended (VIDEO)

This Thursday, the parliamentary session was marked by tensions after Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka removed the microphone from Taulant Balla, chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group.

As Balla took the floor, Flamur Noka approached him, took his card and blocked his microphone.
