Kosovo President Justina Shiroka Pula held a meeting with representatives of the “Albanian Coalition” list from Preševo, Bujanoc and Medveđa. They congratulated her on taking office as president.
Shiroka Pula welcomed the decision by the Albanian representatives to join together on a single electoral list. The list includes eight Albanian political entities, which will take part in Serbia’s early parliamentary elections on October 25, 2026.

The president wished them success in Sunday’s elections and stressed that political coordination is important for strengthening the representation of Albanians in Serbian institutions.
According to her, a larger Albanian presence in the Serbian Parliament would help ensure that the systematic violations of their rights by the Serbian authorities are denounced more forcefully. It would also give the legitimate issues and demands of the Albanians of the Preševo Valley the appropriate institutional attention and representation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Shiroka Pula called for the broadest possible participation by Albanians in the October 25 vote. She stressed that this is important for the “Albanian Coalition” to achieve the best possible result and secure stronger representation in the Serbian Parliament.
