Fox News investigation: 101 organizations in nine countries suspected of coordinating protests across Europe, from Paris to Tirana

An investigative report by “Fox News Digital” claims that 101 organizations in nine countries, including the United States, play a role in coordinating, organizing or spreading protests across Europe.

According to the U.S. outlet, the number of identified organizations has risen from 54 to 101. At the same time, further mobilizations have been announced for October 24 and November 20.

The investigation describes the network as a community of left-wing, socialist and communist organizations, as well as groups involved in various political causes. “Fox News Digital” refers to this ecosystem as “Chaos Inc.,” claiming that its participants help organize, coordinate or distribute calls for protests.

The report was published after the October 17 demonstrations in France. According to “Fox News,” around 500,000 people took part in the protests, while clashes were reported in Paris and other cities.

New protests in France on October 24

French activists have called for a return to the streets on Saturday, October 24, as part of the protest dubbed “Acte II.”

A digital map published by the organizers shows that 212 mobilizations have been planned. According to “Fox News,” the website 17octobregiletjaune.net is being used to organize logistics, communication and participation.

The data cited in the article indicates that the domain was registered on September 15 by an anonymous user. Meanwhile, through Telegram channels, organizers are reportedly distributing organizational notices and graphic materials for the protests.

Following the October 24 gatherings, further actions have also been planned in France for October 31, known as “Acte III,” as well as mobilizations on November 5 and 14. The calls include protests, the wearing of yellow vests and the blocking of roundabouts in various parts of the country.

A European youth strike is expected on November 20

The investigation also refers to a call for an international youth strike on November 20. The initiative is supported by communist, socialist and radical left-wing organizations.

According to “Fox News,” organizers have planned demonstrations, class walkouts, rallies, blockades and occupations of premises. In their manifesto, the movement is linked to opposition to capitalism, militarization, rearmament, austerity measures and imperialism.

The British organization “Socialist Students,” which says it supports socialist change, has announced that it will join the strike. According to the U.S. outlet, participation will take place in coordination with 30 other youth and student groups from across Europe.

The list also includes “Antifa” groups

Among the organizations mentioned by “Fox News” are several groups that use the name “Antifa.” One of them is “Action AntiFa16,” which, according to the article, appears in notices for the October 24 mobilization in Angoulême, France.

The report presents this network as an interweaving of left-wing organizations and groups that support various political and social causes. For the alleged links among communist, socialist, left-wing and Islamist organizations, the outlet uses the term “red-green alliances.”

However, the fact that different organizations are mentioned within the same protest ecosystem does not in itself constitute proof that they are directed by a common structure or that they jointly organize every protest and act of violence.

Albania mentioned in connection with protests in Tirana

Albania is included in the article through protests that, according to a statement published by “BreakThrough News,” have spread from Paris and Madrid to Lisbon and Tirana.

“BreakThrough News” describes these mobilizations as an uprising by the younger generation against austerity measures, rising rents and government policies that, in its view, favor military spending at the expense of young people’s needs.

“Fox News” also mentions academic Hatem Bazian, the founder of pro-Palestinian organizations in the United States, who has published videos from the protests. According to the report, Bazian linked the events of October 17 in Paris to the explosion at Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza on October 17, 2023, as well as to protests by Algerians in Paris on October 17, 1961.

Among the organizations mentioned are BreakThrough News, CodePink and the Party for Socialism and Liberation. The U.S. outlet describes them as part of a network that supports or disseminates messages in favor of the protests. The article links these organizations to American businessman Neville Roy Singham, who lives in Shanghai and who, according to the outlet, has expressed support for the Chinese Communist Party.

Further calls have also been planned for the coming years

According to the investigation, organizers have published a calendar with further activities in France, including April 3, 2027, and May 29, 2027.

“Fox News” interprets this planning as a sign of efforts to continue protest mobilization beyond the current wave of demonstrations.

Claims about the level of coordination among the organizations and their role in violent protests remain, so far, part of the “Fox News” investigation. They do not constitute conclusive evidence that protests in Europe are directed by a single international command.
