During the United Nations (UN) Security Council meeting on Kosovo, the European Union representative recalled that the EU-mediated dialogue is essential for normalizing relations between Kosovo and Serbia.

He said that progress in this process is one of the main conditions for the European perspective of both sides.
The representative also stressed the need to fully implement the Agreement on the Path to Normalization and the previous agreements reached במסגרת the dialogue.
According to him, EU High Representative Kaja Kallas is ready to convene a high-level meeting between the parties. He added that European mediation cannot replace their political will.
