The incident was recorded at around 8:20 p.m. on October 20, 2026, following a report to the Operations Room about an accident involving a vehicle in the “1 Maji” neighborhood.
Police immediately arrived at the scene, where they found citizen I. H. showing no signs of life inside a Volvo vehicle.
