According to the Financial Police, during the 2021–2022 period, the defendant acted in violation of the company’s statute and the Law on Trade Companies. He failed to take the necessary steps to implement the decisions and conclusions of the Management Board concerning the payment of debts owed to two legal entities, totaling 19,292,984.00 denars.
“Although all the necessary payment documents had been submitted to him, the defendant refused to sign the agreement for settling the debt, failed to certify the invoices and did not sign the payment orders.
