For this reason, the institution announced the postponement of court hearings, except for cases deemed urgent, following material damage and damage to case files caused by the fire that broke out during the October 17 protests.

According to the Supreme Court, the hearings will remain suspended until the damage assessment is completed, the condition of the case files has been evaluated, and the conditions necessary for work to resume have been restored.

To address the situation, the institution has made its human resources available, while its priority remains identifying and verifying the damaged documentation and ensuring the integrity of the case files.

The court said that parties affected by the situation would be notified individually through their contact details, while the new hearing dates would be published on the official website and through the institution’s other communication channels.

The institution asked the parties to the proceedings and their legal representatives for understanding, stressing that a return to normality would require time and care to ensure the safe continuation of judicial proceedings.
