Berisha expressed solidarity with the participants in the protest, mentioning citizens, young people, students, Democrats, nonpartisan individuals and Socialists. He called for mobilization for civil disobedience in every district using all available means, describing it as the most valuable assistance for the students, whom he called freedom fighters, as well as for high school students, whom he described as true heroes.

According to Berisha, the regime he described as “hated” must feel the opposition in every square meter of the country. He urged citizens who are able to go to Tirana tomorrow to head toward the capital, saying that it is there that Albanian citizens will sign their victory.

He presented solidarity with the revolt as an overdue responsibility, a parental duty toward young people and a civic duty to restore hope in the law, freedoms and rights of Albanians. Berisha described the revolt as the surest path toward the best solution and the right path of history. In conclusion, he repeated his call for everyone to rise up and, according to him, deliver the deserved punishment to the regime he called “hated by Albanians.”
