An indictment has been filed against Skender Llugiqi by the Special Prosecution, which has submitted it to the Basic Court in Prishtina. The case relates to his call in the Assembly of Kosovo for the execution of former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.

The two criminal offenses Llugiqi is suspected of are “Threatening” and “Inciting Discord and Disobedience.” The indictment places the threatening of R.H. at the building of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo on 12.08.2026, at around 14:00.
At the time the call against Haradinaj was made, Llugiqi was among the diaspora members visiting the Assembly of Kosovo, which had opened its doors during the summer. Discussions among visitors about the political blockade of recent months had caused tensions on the Assembly premises.
The Prosecution also claims in the indictment that, from the beginning of August until 12.08.2026, Llugiqi used social networks and public actions to incite hatred and disobedience toward the injured party. According to it, these actions contributed to undermining public order and security.
