The Consulate General of the Republic of Kosovo in Istanbul has urged citizens to exercise particular caution, as heavy rainfall has increased the risk of flooding in the city.

In its notice, the consulate advises avoiding flooded areas, underpasses and roads where water has accumulated. Citizens are also advised to limit unnecessary travel during heavy rainfall.
Citizens have been instructed to follow the advice of local authorities and obtain information only from official sources, with the aim of ensuring their safety.
