Kosovo’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Glauk Konjufca, has condemned the Houthi attacks and ongoing threats against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In a post on the social network X, he stressed that attempts to strike Riyadh and the holy city of Mecca represent a dangerous escalation of the situation.
“The ongoing Houthi attacks against Saudi Arabia, including attempted attacks on Riyadh and the holy city of Mecca, mark a dangerous escalation, which we strongly condemn,” Konjufca wrote.
Konjufca said that Kosovo stands in solidarity with Saudi Arabia and reaffirmed its support for the Kingdom’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
He called for an end to attacks on civilians and civilian facilities, as well as respect for freedom of navigation, in accordance with international law.
