Hristijan Mickoski has once again declared that OBRM-PDUKM is ready to face early parliamentary elections if such a request is submitted by the opposition in parliament. According to him, the ruling party will support holding them and will win.

The prime minister recalled that the current government was mandated by citizens to govern for a full four-year term. He also stressed that regular elections are scheduled to be held in April 2028.
“I have already answered regarding early elections. This government has received the citizens’ confidence to complete its four-year term. However, if the united opposition—namely, the coalition led by the Democratic Union for Integration, the coalition led by the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia, and Levica—submits such a request to parliament, we will respond positively, hold the elections and win them,” Mickoski said.
