According to him, the responsibility for this situation lies with the winning party, which has not constituted the Assembly within the specified deadlines. For this reason, the MPs of this entity will not participate in the September 9 session, called by Avni Dehari.
Haradinaj said that the mandate was unjustly taken away by the winning party, because the Assembly was not constituted in the foreseen time.
He added that, with the burning of the mandates of 120 MPs, the entire electoral process has also been damaged, while emphasizing that they are not considered MPs and that any action by them would be unconstitutional.
