This Friday, Prime Minister Edi Rama went out to publicly put several people on trial. They had been arrested over the student protests and, according to him, were not students.
But one of them, Jon Suloymeri, who saw himself in the photos and profile Rama published, went to the prime minister’s office to tell him that “he is a medical student with a 10 average.”

The student said Rama’s statements were lies and the last-ditch efforts of a dictator.
“The prime minister came out today and accused me of the criminal offense of producing and selling narcotic substances. I’m a medical student, and he’s making up wild stories. I want to show all my grades, which average 10.0. You can’t stop us with these lies. These are a dictator’s last-ditch efforts. I was detained last Tuesday. They held me for seven and a half hours and then released me. I don’t know whether I’ll report him, because I don’t have time for pointless complaints. I don’t trust anything,” Jon Suloymeri said.
