A 17-year-old lost his life this afternoon in a serious accident in the outskirts of Shkodër.

Police initially reported that the incident occurred at around 2:20 p.m. in the village of Golem. The vehicle driven by A. M., 50, is suspected of colliding with a motor vehicle carrying two people.
The collision proved fatal for the 17-year-old, while E. N., 28, who was also traveling on the motor vehicle, was injured. He was rushed to Shkodër Regional Hospital, where he is receiving medical treatment.
Following the accident, the vehicle driver, A. M., was escorted to police premises for further procedural action. The investigative team is continuing its work at the scene to fully establish the causes and circumstances of the tragic accident.
