Minister of Internal Affairs Xhelal Sveçla met with Major General Ozkan Ulutas, with whom he discussed cooperation between the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and the KFOR mission.

According to a statement Sveçla published on Facebook, the meeting reviewed the results achieved through the partnership to date and emphasized the need to continue joint efforts to promote security, peace and stability in Kosovo.
Sveçla stressed that cooperation with Major General Ulutas had been close and very good during his second term as head of KFOR in Kosovo.
The minister expressed his gratitude for Commander Ulutaş’s dedication, work and contribution during his term, as well as for his continued cooperation with local institutions.
He said the results of this partnership demonstrate the importance of maintaining and strengthening cooperation between Kosovo’s institutions and KFOR in the interests of security, peace and stability in the Republic of Kosovo.
